Covid-19 message October 2020

*Update October 2nd: Since October 2nd, virtually all parts and supplies are finally back in stock; and despatch backlog has been worked through*

 

Dear Customer,

Let me start by thanking you for giving us your interest or from buying from us.

Between March and the summer of 2020, I realize we have not always provided the fast delivery you can expect from us. We faced supplier backlogs, which could occassionally be imperfectly remediated by sourcing parts from alternative providers, or sometime it simply created some waiting time.

We and our suppliers have finally eliminated any backlogs, and are back to our normal shipping service levels. What’s more, to anticipate any futur disruptions or possible lockdowns, we have stocked a substantial buffer of parts to be able to deal with any near-future disruption.

If you require replacements part from the past timeframe where supplies sometimes had to come from alternative sources instead of our normal sources, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

While the ongoing global pandemic may pose additional challenges this year, I am personally committed to continuing to improve your experience and do our very best to exceed your expectations..
