Adding an offline controller to the GRBL CNC Controller

These four connections correspond to the 2 * 2 pins that are positioned at the edge of the LCD’s connector:

For making the connection through the housing, it is possible to use different methods – for instance one possibility is to use the vent holes to let the cables pass the housing – and then have a connector outside of the housing:

Or if you want to drill in the housing it can be with pilot connectors:

And now you can use a standalone offline controller that also takes micro sd cards 🙂

Note that the LCD controller and an USB connection to a computer cannot be used at the same time (this would send 2 commands to the controller and the controller cannot differentiate where the command comes from)
