Parts and kits are sent from within the French VAT & customs territory. So EU customers face no additional taxes and fees when you receive your parcel. When you visit the site from within the EU, then taxes and fees are already included in the prices here (including 20% VAT).
Professional customers from the EU, with a valid VAT number, can also buy under the “reverse charge” regime. You can then enter your VAT number on the last step of the checkout process, and the VAT will be removed from the total and will also be removed on your invoice – and the purchase can then be declared in your domestic VAT declaration.
Customers with shipping destinations outside of the EU (or special European zones like the Canary Islands) are not charged with VAT her (prices on the website automatically shown without VAT, depending on your IP location – if VAT is still added, then contact us). However, customs of your country may charge import charges upon arrival of the package – in such case, the import charge will normally be charged via the delivery service.
